Use these examples to study structure, specificity, tone, and variation. They are demonstrations—not claims about a real person or organization unless the example itself makes that explicit.

What to notice in the examples
Strong acknowledgments are specific without becoming exhaustive, group contributions logically, distinguish professional roles from personal thanks, and verify names, titles, institutions, permissions, and funding statements carefully.
- Open with the people or contributions most central to the project.
- Group editorial, research, professional, institutional, and personal thanks in a readable order.
- Name what people contributed when appropriate rather than listing names alone.
- Include required funding, archive, permission, or institutional acknowledgments accurately.

Keep the underlying decision or pattern, then replace the subject, evidence, relationship, constraints, and tone with details that belong to your situation. If your final line still works after swapping only one noun, it may be too close to the example.
