What to notice in the examples
A strong reflection paper combines concrete evidence from the experience or material with self-examination, identifies a genuine change or tension in thinking, and connects that insight to future action or broader concepts.
- Describe only the context needed to understand the reflection.
- Identify the assumption, reaction, question, or learning that deserves analysis.
- Use a specific moment or course idea as evidence.
- Explain how the insight changes future interpretation or action.

Keep the underlying decision or pattern, then replace the subject, evidence, relationship, constraints, and tone with details that belong to your situation. If your final line still works after swapping only one noun, it may be too close to the example.
