Start with structure, then replace every placeholder with information that is true, relevant, and natural for your context. These templates are intentionally skeletal so your final writing does not sound mass-produced.

How to personalize a template
Useful journaling has a clear reason for the entry, enough concrete detail to make the record meaningful later, and enough honesty or specificity to reveal what the writer noticed, decided, learned, or still needs to investigate. It does not need polished prose.
