Start with structure, then replace every placeholder with information that is true, relevant, and natural for your context. These templates are intentionally skeletal so your final writing does not sound mass-produced.
A good introduction letter gives enough context for both sides to understand the connection while avoiding exaggerated endorsements, hidden requests, or sharing contact details and background that either person did not expect to be disclosed.
