Reflection frame: I expected [belief]. What happened was [specific evidence]. This matters because [interpretation].
Start with structure, then replace every placeholder with information that is true, relevant, and natural for your context. These templates are intentionally skeletal so your final writing does not sound mass-produced.
Strong reflection does more than narrate events or announce feelings: it selects a meaningful moment, examines assumptions and consequences, connects experience to relevant concepts or evidence when required, and identifies a specific change in understanding or practice.

Theory connection: [Experience] illustrates/challenges [concept] because [specific relationship].
Change frame: Before [experience], I [assumption/practice]. Now I [revised understanding], so next time I will [action].
