IDFC FIRST Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

Beneficiary controls
Maximum 5 beneficiary additions in a 24-hour calendar day. New beneficiary: no transfer for 30 minutes; up to ₹2 lakh during the first 24 hours; after 24 hours the individual-beneficiary/₹20 lakh/overall-customer limit applies.
Security cooling
The new-beneficiary state is two-stage: 30-minute hard cooling followed by a first-24-hour ₹2 lakh cap. One-time transfer without beneficiary is a separate ₹25,000 path.

AU Small Finance Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

Beneficiary controls
New payee: transfers restricted to ₹50,000 for the first 3 hours post-addition, then default limits apply. One-time transfer without a saved payee has a separate ₹50,000 limit.
Security cooling
The three-hour new-payee state is a reduced-limit period rather than a complete transfer blackout. Corporate and retail payee controls should not be mixed.
03What charges and failure handling apply?Keep channel charges and the recorded reversal or recovery route attached to the transfer.

IDFC FIRST Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

Charges

AU Small Finance Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

Charges
AU 0101 NetBanking: no service charges for IMPS/NEFT/RTGS. AU 0101 App FAQ explicitly says no service charges for NEFT/RTGS. Branch/account fee schedules can differ and remain separately scoped.
Failure / reversal
AU says if a beneficiary bank cannot credit NEFT/RTGS, it returns the money to AU within two hours; AU credits the account when the returned amount is received. Use transaction status/support for IMPS exceptions.

IDFC FIRST Bank

IDFC FIRST Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

  • A newly added beneficiary cannot receive a transfer for 30 minutes and is limited to ₹2 lakh during the first 24 hours after addition.
  • One-time transfer without adding a beneficiary is separately capped at ₹25,000.
  • IDFC FIRST's zero-fee savings marketing does not override a different fee schedule attached to another account class; account-specific tariffs remain controlling.
AU Small Finance Bank

AU Small Finance Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS

  • Transfers to a newly added payee are restricted to ₹50,000 for the first three hours after addition, after which the applicable default limit resumes.
  • AU says NEFT/RTGS/IMPS are generally available 24x7 online, but NEFT and RTGS have a recurring 11:45 PM–12:30 AM unavailable window; IMPS/UPI remain alternatives during that interval.
  • AU service-fee pages can show branch or account-specific transfer charges/free allowances; the AU 0101 digital fee statement should not be generalized to every branch/account context.
