How to compare

Check the terms that can change the decision.

Category membership alone does not make products interchangeable. Recheck the bank's current controlling agreement, tariff or effective-rate table before acting.

01

Operating relationship first

A current account alone does not prove that maker-checker, bulk upload, cash management, merchant acquiring or APIs are enabled. Match the exact business channel and enrolled service.

02

Approval architecture

Compare single-user, maker-checker, multi-authorisation and administrator/regulator roles before comparing transfer limits.

03

Payments versus collections

Vendor/salary payouts, virtual accounts, QR/POS/payment gateway, cash/cheque collections and reconciliation are different capabilities and can have separate pricing.

04

Configured limits

Corporate transaction ceilings can be customer-, role-, account- or module-specific. An unpublished universal bank limit is left blank rather than inferred from retail banking.

05

Integration and commercial terms

API, ERP and host-to-host access can require separate onboarding and commercial agreements; a marketing mention is not treated as automatic entitlement.

Business banking capability matrix

Compare the operating model, not just whether a bank says “corporate banking”.

Role design, bulk payments, collections, cash management and integration can differ even inside the same bank. Merchant devices or premium current-account freebies are not treated as universal platform entitlements.

Research matrix: Business service; Roles / payments; Collections / integration
Business serviceRoles / paymentsCollections / integration
Axis Bank Business Banking — NEO & Corporate BankingAxis corporate payout APIs explicitly support an approval workflow; corporate Internet/payment modules use authorised-user controls according to the customer's setup. Bulk/vendor/salary/statutory payments are supported through business platforms; the payment module includes direct credit, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and other payout instruments.Collections span cash, cheque, electronic payments and payment gateway; Axis APIs support real-time transaction updates and reconciliation-oriented status feeds. Corporate payout and collection APIs support ERP/system integration, transaction status, reverse-feed callbacks and beneficiary/account validation.
Bank of Baroda Business Banking — bob World BusinessMaker-Checker functionality is explicitly supported for managing approvals. Within-bank/outside-bank transfers, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and bulk remittance/payment processing are supported; up to 999 beneficiaries may be uploaded in one bulk file.Account balances, transaction history, statements and certificate services support operating visibility; dedicated collection-product entitlement beyond the platform is not assumed. The reviewed bob World Business page documents app/web bulk file processing, not a universal ERP/API entitlement.
Canara Bank Business Banking — ai1 CorporateCorporate Internet Banking user/approval rights remain controlling in mobile. The reviewed app source confirms corporate-user access but does not justify inventing one universal maker-checker structure for every entity. Pay & Transfer and Bulk File Upload are among 150+ features; tax and bill-payment services are also supported.Account services and separate Canara collection/payment products support business operations; exact reconciliation capabilities depend on the enrolled service/product. Canara's institutional products advertise API banking and ERP integration support; this requires separate product/integration eligibility rather than app registration alone.
HDFC Bank Business Banking — ENet & CBXCBX supports a flexible approval matrix and multi-authorisation aligned to the company's board resolution; ENet access can be customised/restricted by role. Single and bulk payments are supported; CBX covers initiation, verification, authorisation, execution and reconciliation, including future-value-date payment files.CMS supports collections/disbursements and detailed MIS; CBX/ENet provide account visibility, statements and transaction status across corporate workflows. ENet supports integration with third-party security/accounting software; HDFC corporate solutions also support integrated/customised connectivity depending on arrangement.
ICICI Bank Business Banking — InstaBIZ & Corporate Net BankingRole-based Maker/Checker access is explicitly supported; a Maker raises a request and a Checker can approve it, with single/dual authorisation depending on setup. NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, single and bulk payments, salary/vendor/dividend payouts, BizPay360/iMultiPay and file-based corporate payments are supported.Virtual Account collections, merchant analytics, ERP integration, payment links/QR and detailed reconciliation are supported across the business stack. Corporate Net Banking APIs/H2H and ERP integration support automated payment and reconciliation workflows.
SBI Business Banking — YONO BusinessCorporate users can be separated into Regulator, Administrator and Authoriser roles with predefined functions mapped to organisational hierarchy. SBI-to-SBI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, supplier payments, VAN-based payments and bulk payments through file upload are listed among supported services.Cash Management Product, State Bank Collect, VAN-based flows, statements and MIS reports support collections and reconciliation; exact commercial terms depend on the enrolled service. The reviewed YONO Business overview does not establish a universal API/ERP entitlement for every customer; integration rights are therefore not inferred.
Approval, merchant & commercial-scope matrix

Do not turn a platform feature into a bankwide entitlement.

A bank may offer QR/POS, APIs or cash management somewhere in its business stack without bundling them into every current account or digital-banking login. Unpublished universal corporate limits and charges remain unfilled.

Research matrix: Bank; Merchant / cash / trade; Limits / charges
BankMerchant / cash / tradeLimits / charges
Axis Bank Business Banking — NEO & Corporate BankingPayment-gateway and merchant collection modes are part of Axis's transaction-banking offering, but settlement/MDR terms remain product/merchant specific. NEO is positioned around cash management, payments, collections, trade finance, supply-chain finance and treasury/forex workflows. NEO supports trade/forex and statutory/tax-payment workflows alongside transaction banking.Approval workflow, user rights and product-specific limits govern payments; no bankwide corporate ceiling is inferred from the reviewed evidence. Current-account, payout, collection, API and merchant pricing can be separately contracted; no universal free-service claim is made.
Bank of Baroda Business Banking — bob World BusinessThe platform targets merchants/traders but the reviewed page does not establish universal QR/POS/payment-gateway acquiring as bundled, so merchant acceptance is not inferred. Business account and payment operations are supported; separate Bank of Baroda cash-management products can have their own commercial terms. Cheque/deposit/business account services are supported; no universal trade-finance module entitlement is inferred from this profile.₹30 lakh per NEFT/RTGS/bulk/within-bank/own-account transaction; ₹75 lakh/day; IMPS ₹5 lakh per transaction/day; Quick Transfer ₹50,000/day max 2 transactions; 25 beneficiaries/day, with bulk-file beneficiary details not requiring normal addition. App usage is stated as free; transactions remain chargeable according to applicable CA/CC/OD bank guidelines.
Canara Bank Business Banking — ai1 CorporateCanara separately offers POS, BHIM QR/soundbox, Payment Gateway, Merchant 360 and other payment solutions; account-specific free device/MDR benefits are not treated as universal ai1 Corporate entitlements. Corporate account/payment operations are available, with cash-handling terms attached to the underlying current-account or institutional product. ai1 Corporate explicitly includes Tax services, FX4U and Trade Finance among its 150+ features.New beneficiary added in Internet Banking: transactions declined for 4 hours, up to ₹50,000 from 4–24 hours, then normal applicable limits; no universal corporate ceiling is inferred beyond that security stage. Underlying account, transfer, POS/merchant, API and cash-management tariffs remain product/service specific.
HDFC Bank Business Banking — ENet & CBXHDFC offers corporate payment-gateway/B2B payment solutions, but merchant acquiring is treated as a separately eligible service rather than automatically bundled with ENet/CBX. HDFC Bank CMS covers collections, disbursements, liquidity/cash-flow management and centralised reporting. ENet/CBX support corporate transaction workflows including tax/statutory payments and forex/trade-related visibility where enabled.Customer-specific roles, approval matrices and service configuration control usable limits; no universal corporate transfer ceiling is inferred. Fees are tied to the corporate account/service agreement and relevant tariff; CMS/payment-gateway commercial terms can be separate.
ICICI Bank Business Banking — InstaBIZ & Corporate Net BankingMerchant services include ICICI QR, POS terminals, payment links, payment gateways, UPI Intent/Collect and a merchant dashboard. InstaBIZ lists cash-management services; ICICI corporate payment solutions support scalable collections/disbursements and H2H/API operations. InstaBIZ provides inward/outward remittance, EEFC conversion, trade workflows, GST and bill-payment tools.Quick transfer without payee registration is up to ₹20,000/day/payee on the reviewed InstaBIZ page; other corporate limits remain account/channel/approval specific. InstaBIZ app usage itself is stated as free; underlying account, payment, merchant and service pricing remains separately applicable.
SBI Business Banking — YONO BusinessState Bank Collect and VAN-based collection capabilities are present, but QR/POS acquiring is not treated as automatically included in this YONO Business profile. YONO Business subsumes SBI's Cash Management Product alongside corporate banking access. eTrade and eForex are part of the unified environment; tax payments and utility bill payments are also listed.Transaction rights are role/account/module specific. No universal corporate rupee ceiling is published on the reviewed overview, so configured limits remain controlling. No universal platform/transaction fee is asserted; underlying corporate account, CMP and transaction tariffs/agreements remain controlling.
