Merchant onboardingAU QR onboarding is digital through AU 0101 Business App: merchant completes details, selects settlement account and VPA, confirms delivery/address where applicable and chooses a settlement cycle.
Settlement / eligible relationshipThe selected AU settlement account receives merchant QR funds. Current-account package AMB/benefits and POS/gateway onboarding remain separately controlling.
Acceptance railsAU UPI QR accepts payments from UPI apps, UPI Lite and RuPay credit cards on UPI. Separate POS and payment-gateway services extend card/online acceptance.
UPI / QR / Bharat QRStatic and Dynamic QR are supported, including app-generated dynamic QRs and multiple QR issuance; merchants can enable/disable RuPay credit-card transactions on their VPA from the app.

MDR / rental / pricingAU QR is advertised with zero upfront/setup cost. Soundbox has selectable rental plans. Specific campaign/account waivers or POS pricing remain scoped to the named campaign/current-account variant rather than generalized.
Refunds / chargebacksIf QR credit is missing beyond the applicable settlement window, AU directs merchants to support; card/UPI disputes and refunds remain rail-specific and no universal cross-rail SLA is invented.
Reconciliation / reportingAU 0101 Business App shows real-time transactions, settlements, transaction history, filters and downloadable reports.
