How to compare

Check the terms that can change the decision.

Category membership alone does not make products interchangeable. Recheck the bank's current controlling agreement, tariff or effective-rate table before acting.

01

Account scheme controls the fee

A bank can have several different ATM and cash tariffs at the same time. Match Savings, Salary, Basic, Premium or Current Account before using a free-count or cash-handling number.

02

ATM count is not cash limit

Monthly free transactions, debit-card daily withdrawal limit and a machine per-transaction ceiling are three different controls.

03

Cash channels can be combined

Some banks combine branch, Cash Recycler/CDM and kiosk deposits when testing a free cash-handling allowance, so moving the deposit to a machine may not avoid the product tariff.

04

Failed ATM has a regulatory clock

Debit-without-cash ATM failures are subject to RBI T+5 calendar-day reversal and ₹100/day compensation beyond T+5; use the issuing-bank complaint path promptly.
