State Bank of India

SBI Digital Banking — YONO SBI & OnlineSBI

  • OnlineSBI registration and transaction rights can differ depending on debit-card/self-registration versus branch activation.
  • YONO/OnlineSBI beneficiary cooling and rail-specific limits should be checked before a time-critical large transfer.
  • UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, card and account controls each have separate limits; one published limit should not be generalized across all rails.
Axis Bank

Axis Bank Digital Banking — open & Internet Banking

  • Axis has a live first-party conflict on the duration/value of reduced limits after mobile app re-registration/device change: the main open page says five days at ₹30,000/₹1 lakh, while a support page describes an initial 24-hour reset at ₹50,000/₹1 lakh. The engine exposes the conflict rather than choosing the easier rule.
  • Internet Banking's default/merchant payment limit is not the same thing as every NEFT/RTGS/IMPS rail limit.
  • NETSECURE requirements differ for domestic and NRI users; view-only versus transaction rights should be checked for the exact customer state.

One side's source depth or freshness never fills a gap in the other record.
