Canara Bank Transfers — NEFT, RTGS & IMPS
Canara Bank's NEFT/RTGS/IMPS profile combining ai1 mobile-transfer limits and beneficiary cooling with its current non-credit service-charge schedule and RBI/NPCI rail mechanics.
Structured from first-party bank/issuer evidence. This page does not claim personal hands-on product use unless that experience is explicitly stated.
Recorded source review date, not a claim that the product changed that day.
Target recheck: November 24, 2026.
Channel scope and security state determine what the published limit really means.
Rail, channel, beneficiary, cooling, authentication and recovery rules stay separate instead of being compressed into one generic digital-banking number.
Bank transfer service evidence stays in its own structure.
Specialist fields below remain source-scoped. Missing values stay missing; one banking product type is never used to manufacture facts for another.
NEFT, RTGS and IMPS share a beneficiary journey, not one universal limit.
System mechanics are kept separate from bank, channel, account, beneficiary and temporary security limits. Reviewed September 10, 2026.
Fees, balances, benefits, limits and eligibility without a single-score shortcut.
These six fields are the cross-product layer. The specialist section above controls whenever a type-specific field is more precise.
Who this record appears designed for—and what can break the fit.
Best-fit wording summarizes the published proposition. It is not individualized financial advice or an approval prediction.
Canara customers who use ai1 and want the app's ₹7.5 lakh interbank daily ceiling, first-hour beneficiary block and current transfer charges kept separate from RBI/NPCI system limits.
- During the first 24 hours after registering for Canara Mobile Banking, total financial transactions are capped at ₹15,000: ₹5,000 via Quick Pay plus ₹10,000 to a newly added beneficiary after the first hour.
- A new beneficiary cannot receive a transfer during the first hour; from 1–12 hours the cap is ₹50,000, and after 12 hours the full permitted mobile-banking limit applies. Standing instructions can be enabled only after 24 hours.
- Canara's published RTGS/NEFT charges are not the same as its savings-bank online NEFT waiver or IMPS slab tariff, so the three rails are not combined into one 'transfer charge'.
Compare this product only where the pair is deliberately maintained.
Both sides keep independent review dates, exact conditions and first-party evidence. No winner score is generated.
Complete evidence set for this maintained profile.
Each source remains independent. A product page, tariff, KFS/MITC, rate schedule or programme document is not silently treated as interchangeable evidence.
When the bank changes a term after the recorded review, the current agreement, tariff, KFS/MITC or effective rate table controls.
This page organizes dated public evidence; it does not guarantee eligibility, availability, approval, service quality or future pricing.
