How to compare

Check the terms that can change the decision.

Category membership alone does not make products interchangeable. Recheck the bank's current controlling agreement, tariff or effective-rate table before acting.

01

Registering is not transaction rights

Some banks allow online creation of credentials while transaction rights, NETSECURE or certain accounts still need an additional activation step.

02

Match the transfer rail

A ₹25 lakh web-channel ceiling can coexist with a much lower IMPS cap or a customer-set TPT limit. Compare NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and merchant payments separately.

03

Beneficiary waiting matters

New-payee cooling can range from minutes to hours and may differ by rail. A large transfer limit is not useful if the beneficiary is still inside the security window.

04

Security events can cut limits

Password, device, mobile-number, profile or first-use changes can trigger temporary lower limits. Those controls belong beside the headline limit.

05

Service depth

Statements, deposits, card controls, cheque services, taxes and bill payment vary by bank; “Internet Banking available” is not a comparable feature by itself.

Internet-banking matrix

Match the web channel, transaction rights and beneficiary rules before comparing limits.

Figures are bank/channel specific. A mobile limit is not silently reused for Internet Banking, and a rail-specific cap is not presented as a universal transfer ceiling.

Mobile supports funds transfer and overall limit management, but this Internet table is not relabeled as a mobile limit. Internet Banking allows at most 5 beneficiary additions in 24 hours, imposes a 30-minute no-transfer cooling period, then limits transfers to a new beneficiary to ₹2 lakh during the first 24 hours.
IndusInd Bank Digital Banking — Mobile App & IndusNetIndusNet Internet Banking; users can also authorize IndusNet login from the registered mobile app using Touch ID/MPIN/pattern. YES BANK Digital Banking — IRIS & YES ONLINEYES ONLINE browser banking using customer/login ID and password, with OTP/YES Secure controls for registration and sensitive activity.
